At Frank Gironda Salon we feel education is imperative to your success, which ultimately contributes to the success of the team. Whether you’re a stylist, esthetician, massage therapist or nail technician, you will go through our Education Program before going on the floor.
Coaching
Once you have graduated from the Education Program, you will start your Path to Success. This program includes individual coaching sessions with your manager, and is designed to help you grow and be successful as you build your clientele.
